Porter Crowley

Crowley is your average "everyman" in build. There's no bulging biceps or really anything distinctive about his physique. But he does have one hell of a badly scarred right side of the face, covering from chin to forehead. His black hair is slicked back, and he wears a tailored suit to the ring, removing the jacket to reveal a black sleeveless shirt underneath. Basically, everything but his horribly disfigured face and "everyman" build looks like it belongs on a movie star. Well... that and his eyes. His eyes are cold, vacant, and quite creepy.

Porter Crowley's history is a bit of a mystery. Few things are known about him - and he'd prefer to keep it that way.

The facts are these -
1) He grew up in a broken home, son to an abusive father, and was put into an orphanage at age 9.
2) While in the orphanage, a dispute with a fellow orphan led to him being badly burned, leaving the facial scars he carries to this day.
3) Upon leaving the orphanage at 14, Crowley made a living by fighting in "toughman" style tournaments all around the world. He's been a lot of places, seen a lot of things, and had a lot of experiences that has toughened him up.
4) A promoter with a vision spotted Crowley in a toughman contest in Mexico and brought him to the Pacific Northwest. Crowley competed in the Pacific Wrestling Company for six years, brawling and fighting his way to some of the most brutal matches that region has ever seen. He is a three-time PWC champ.

Spotted by AWA scouts on a Pacific Northwest trip, he was immediately signed to the roster. After his debut, he was approached backstage by Victor T. Nolan Esq., with an offer to join Nolan’s “family”, which would give him the freedom to cause as much pain as he wants. Crowley accepted, and the two were inseparable.

Over the past several months, something has changed, however. Crowley found himself all alone... until a man with another "family" came calling. "Doctor" Harrison Fawcett has taken him under his wing, convincing Crowley that he is a "beautiful boy"... and as a result Crowley is more deranged than ever.

[Electronic drums and the industrial bassline of Marilyn Manson's version of "You're So Vain" begins to play as the curtains at the top of the entranceway part. Out lurches Porter Crowley, bent over yet running a hand through his slicked back hair, as if he's walking down a red carpet at a Hollywood movie premiere. At his side is "Doctor" Harrison Fawcett, who smiles darkly and nods approvingly.]

[The two pause halfway down the ramp, as Porter points to a pair of clearly horrified teenage girls. Fawcett shakes his head, saying "no dessert before dinner, Romeo" as he gestures towards the ring.]

[As the two makes their way to ringside, Fawcett is first to the ropes as he holds the second rope down and waves his arm dramatically for Porter to enter the ring. Crowley does so, looking around in a confused manner as the crowd begins chanting "PRET-TY POR-TER!". Fawcett nods, gesturing to the crowd an telling Porter that even they now see what a "beautiful boy" he has become.]
