Skylar Swift

Honey brown hair about 2/3s of the way down her back, large light blue eyes, tan complexion, typically sports violet or soft purple tones of lipstick, noticeable bust, tiny waist, and toned top to bottom. Not much musculature, just very fit. She typically wears sky blue tinted leather pants (though anytime she performs in Canada she'll rock a variation of the old retro Expos powder blue) that flare out a bit with ankle high slits over her , a white top that shows her mid-section, and silver suspenders with little white fleurdelisé symbols on them. "Dream Girl" is written in white cursive writing on the back of her tights.

Skylar Swift grew up in love with gymnastics. She narrowly missed on making the Canada national team that went on to the Sydney Summer Olympics in 2012 at the age of 17 and at this time retired from the sport realizing that for the 2016 games she would have been in her early 20's and too old the sport. Immediately after retiring she took an interest in fitness competitions and surprisingly won the 2013 Women's Fitness competition at the Canadian Figure, Fitness, & Physique Championships. She would continue to have success competing in fitness competitions but eventually was scouted by the Colton family, a famed wrestling family in Canada, and was convinced to join their wrestling school and pass up on attending college.

She was a quick study with her natural athleticism and gymnastic background. She would spend the next 2 years training with the Colton family and working local house shows before eventually leaving and joining the Age of Rage Wrestling in Ontario, Canada where she met and befriended Samantha Rage. Rage took her under her wing and really helped define her wrestling style. She would suggest that Skylar was “As swift in the wind” in the ring which until then Skylar had wrestler under her real name before taking this on as her mantra. After spending the better part of 2015 and a bit of 2016 under her tutelage the two ended up having a terrible falling out which mostly stemmed from how her sister Lauryn Rage treated her. Lauryn seemed jealous of the relationship the two had and Skylar and her really just viewed the business from an entirely different point of view. Sklyar would then bounce around small independent promotions but sorely missed the competitive women’s division that AoR had to offer. Having heard word that the AWA was developing a women’s division of their own she took a chance and sent some of her wrestling tapes to Todd Michaelson and the rest was history.
